Unit Size

The vacant part of the data centre is available as a whole or in part(s) from a minimum net (raised floor) size of 1,000 m² (10,760 ft²).

Fit-Out Level

Available in various states of fit-out including:

1. Enabled Shell (includes power connection of 17 MVA available on a pro-rata basis);
2. Enabled Shell with Central M&E Services; or
3. Fully Fitted to the tenant's specification.

Leases

Leases will be granted on full repairing and insuring basis.
Terms by negotiation.

Rent

Rent upon application based on the required level of fit-out.
